John Michael Hilton, CEO of Viscum Ventures, created Zig, and it emerged due to the pandemic when individuals began to eat better to keep their immune systems and nutritional status up to date. Zig initially opened as a salad and wrap restaurant like those in Australia, but they quickly expanded to include pizzas with your choice of a sourdough or wheat bread crust. You can make tasty veggie wraps using the lettuce leaves and alfalfa sprouts that come with their rectangle pizzas.

White or brown rice can accompany the sushi bowls’ fresh tuna, salmon, and shrimp. You can get quinoa instead of rice for a slight premium. This shrimp sushi dish, for example, includes sriracha mayo on the side for added spice.

Zig teamed up with Pure Nectar to provide freshly squeezed juices and with Happi Lab to provide ice-cold kombucha.

The Robinsons Magnolia, Glorietta 4, and SM City Grand Central locations are Zig’s mall outposts. From 10 am to 9 pm, you can visit them. The Bonifacio High Street South and P6 Greenhills locations, both of which provide outdoor seating, open at 7 am.
