Soban K-Town Grill’s menu is an attempt to push Korean food in a new direction. Inspired by Korean immigrant populations in Los Angeles and innovative York, they set out to combine bold, innovative, and delicious flavors in traditional K-BBQ, utilizing only the choicest cuts of beef, pig, and chicken.
Start with the Samgyupsal, thick-cut European pork belly steeped and aged overnight in our 6 signature marinades, then relish our Woo Samgyup, gloriously marbled and soft USDA Choice beef belly. Dak Ganjeong, our take on the traditional Korean fried chicken, is the perfect way to round up the meal. The abundance of delicious Banchan, or Korean side dishes, is what truly elevates a simple meal like Soban to a true Korean feast.
