Sizzling Plate started in Makati in 1973 as a stall. They introduced this cooking style to the public and quickly gained a loyal following due to their affordable Filipino food. Over the years, they spread to many parts of the Philippines, and today have a nice little Sizzling Plate empire that continues to thrive and grow.
