Rico’s Lechon History
Rico was persuaded to franchise his business by President George Pua, who carried the successful chain to Manila and currently controls it. Highway 77 in Talamban, Cebu City, is home to the original Rico’s Lechon, which has been serving the area for years.
The original Rico’s “SPICY” lechon was created by Rico’s Lechon owner, Mr. Enrico V. Dionson, some years ago. He stumbled across a novel realization. He was getting the lechon nice and smoky for you.
