Chefs Atsushi Kobayashi and Ryoichi Nishio work under the direction of Japanese Ramen Master and Chef Ikuta Satoshi, who created Ramen Nagi. Ramen Nagi has earned a reputation as the best ramen restaurant in Tokyo. It also won first place in the 2011 and 2012 National Ramen of the Year Competitions.
