Raffaele Woodfired Pizza History
Raffaele, named after an Italian tavern owner from the nineteenth century, is a new retail establishment located in the Level 3 Meeting Rooms of the Bayleaf Hotel. You will find a table closer to Intramuros’s famous wall than this one.
This stylish, 60-seat eatery is a cut above the standard pizza joints in town thanks to its glass roof and walls. In the daytime, it’s like eating in a garden; in the evening, you can dress it up or keep it casual.
