Poco Deli is a charming deli and restaurant serving up pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and other European specialities to satisfied customers. While in Europe and the United States, their chefs came up with the ideas for the restaurant’s hallmark dishes. From the Italian skill of curing prosciutto and salami to the pastrami sandwiches served at New York’s culturally iconic Katz’s Deli, they were fascinated by the history woven into each dish.
Prior to opening Poco Deli, they prepared sausages and bacon in their kitchen for friends and family. Both of them had a lifelong interest in culinary arts. Their southern Bukidnon family were active in cattle ranching, so they learned butchering and charcuterie-making skills from them.

Poco Deli, owned and operated by Sonny and Joy, has been serving the Kapitolyo and Ortigas regions since 2008. Sonny worked at P&G with Anton, and Joy is a recent culinary school alumnus. A delicatessen is a store that specializes in selling imported European foods such as cured meats, cheeses, spices, and more.
