The Pancit Canton at Pakibalot Panciteria is doused in sauce and tossed with carrot sticks, cabbage strips, and white onion slices. Lechon or shrimp that has been shelled can be added to the dish. If you don’t have any dietary limitations, add lechon and shrimp to make your pancit stop a memorable one. Large portions of practically every item on the menu translate to surprisingly low per-person costs when dining in a group.
