Since it serves more than just hotel guests, Misto Restaurant and Bar offers a menu that is a veritable smorgasbord of world cuisine. Misto is a restaurant and bar with its own identity separate from the hotel, drawing in customers from outside the establishment with its creative chef’s buffets.
The name of their main all-day dining spot comes from the Italian term for “mixed,” the menu features a wide variety of dishes from around the world, including some Filipino classics. The weekend lunch buffet at some locations includes beef cuts, grilled prawns, Napoletana pizza, Indian meals cooked in a tandoori oven, tempura, Filipino standards, and more.
