Finestra Italian Steakhouse History

Andrea Spagoni, the executive chef, is steering the culinary ship. Chef Spagoni offers an element of intuitive, imaginative, and personally-driven gastronomy to Finestra from his Michelin-starred career that has led him from the Italian heartland to the exciting culinary scenes of London, New York, and Hong Kong.

He has a wide-ranging worldview when it comes to cooking, and his approach to cuisine combines traditional techniques with modern twists. Beginning his Michelin-starred career in 2010 at Italy’s Ristorante Pier Bussetti, he has since amassed a string of awards, most notably from 2017 through 2022 at Beefbar in Hong Kong.
