Initially, the pizza outlet only served the people living in Mr. Biaño’s neighborhood and nearby areas. Despite targeting his neighbors as his initial market, the quality and taste of his Pizza gradually earned a reputation for being a cheaper alternative to more well-known branded pizzas.

Albert, motivated by the triumph of his first pizza venture, worked with his business partners to enhance the recipes, aiming to elevate the quality and taste of the pizzas. They persisted until they achieved the perfect combination of crispy dough and flavorful sauce that all could savor.

The creation of the “pizzaderia” was another innovative idea that combined the words “pizza” and “carenderia”. This term was used to describe the small, street-side eateries where people from all walks of life could enjoy Biaño’s delicious and affordable pizzas. Whether for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, or get-togethers, everyone wanted to include Biaño’s Pizza as part of their special treat. From the original pizzaderia in Mabolo, Mr. Biaño expanded to other locations such as Capitol, Tabunok, USC Main, Mandaue, and Mactan, making Biaño’s Pizza a beloved snack in Cebu.
